We were so lucky to have Beth as the listing agent on our home.  She was understanding when we wanted to price our home higher than her market analysis showed we should.  Pricing it correctly is so important but she explained we would watch how many buyers came thru and if we got any offers.  Well we didn't so we reduced the home some but still not where Beth thought appropriate.  After a bit we did drop the price to the price that Beth had suggested.  Within one week we had several showings and an offer.  Beth negotiated for us and was kind enough not to say "I told you so"! 

We moved 2,000 miles away before actually closing on the house.  Beth handled all of the details and even a few problems that came up.  We really believe she handled everything great.  Moving out of state was also less stressful then it could have been because Beth referred us to a wonderful Keller Williams agent where we wanted to  move.  We are now happily living in New Mexico but we are still referring our friends and family in New Jersey to Beth.  She told us she will be our agent for life no matter where we live.  we appreciate that.
